I arrived at the store @ 16:57 and the side where they sell phones was closed. I then went on to the main store where the cashier said I should not come in as they have already closed but the time wasn't yet 5pm. After 2 minutes standing outside I went in to find out why she just wouldn't help me as I'm here just to fetch a parcel then go. As sincere as I was, the cashier then told me in a harsh way that they closed at 5 so she's not going to assist me cos they closed, when I had arrived before 5 and the store was already closed. I've never had a customer service problem before with Pep, I've been using Pep to get my parcels from Cape Town. Today was the first time receiving such bad customer service. I am very disappointed P7334! Such poor customer service.
