Poll Projects provides Architectural Design Services in the Garden Route. We will assist you in the design of New Homes, Spec Houses, Alterations and Extensions. We prepare the Building Plan Application which includes the detailed floor plans, elevations and sections, drainage, electrical plans and site layout plans. We will detail the specifications and finishes for submission of the Building Plan Application. We can assist in the design of Civil Engineering Services , Planning and design of Development Infrastructure, Construction Project Management , 3D model visualization and presentations and preparation of full construction drawings.
