Patients wait for longer than 5 hours while nurses are taking long breaks and gossiping in consulting rooms. There is one male nurse in particular who is very kind and hard working, the rest are lazy and dont care about patients.
On several occasions I have been sent back home after spending hours waiting simply because the nurses wasted time chit chatting and later told us they wanted to knock off. They never even gave us medication to last us until we return.
The nurses are very rude and they intimidate patients because they feel they have to judge and lash out on patients, who knows maybe that's the way they teach us about health.
This is the worst clinic I have come across and as a tax payer it pains me that I am paying these nurses salaries yet they are lazy and disrespectful. The clinic has no order especially since the white matron left.
Maybe the department of health should rid all of the tired old woman and hire younger energetic nurses because these nurse are incompetent and make seeking a healthy livelihood a nightmare. When you ever thing about the worst service you can ever get at a government institution thing Pontsong Clinic.
