I've been trying to contact Maravedi credit solutions since from 2015 because i was told whenever i try to open an account that i owe this company, so I've been trying to contact them so that i can ask them when did i open an account with them, and i needed them to send me the original contract I've signed with them but i didn't suceed, I'm still stuck, whenever i try to call their Head office the number takes me to voicemail, it has affected my credit report negatively

I Mr. Siphoyisana Richard Gumede, bought a house in Richards Bay,KZN, agent name was Just Property, house no. ERF 934 Richards Bay Ext 7-12Flametree, Aboreturm & Lawyers are ROHRS & Duvenege. in the middle of the process, Lawyers told me that they have advised by Umhlathuze Municipality that, I must pay the rates figures so the process should continue, after registration is completed, Umhlathuze municipality will refund me. registration was completed in July 2021, I went to Umhlathuze to request the refund, I was told that it would take 6-8weeks to get my refund, after 8weeks, I was told that Mr. Zwane who is the original owner must write an affidavit which confirm that the refund to be deposited to my account, waiting period was about 10days, after that I was told by Umhlathuze official...
