I have a concern and a complain, My sister goes for check up at this clinic and she's pregnant and shouldn't be worrying about the treatment at Rex clinic in Roodepoort which is managed by Mr Tshiamo Tsholetsang, the last time she went for a check up they re use cups for checking urine without gloves and today there's no urine cups at all, she had to bring hers. then she went to reception to confirm if she's booked and she got a very rude treatment from the guy at reception and told her to sit down and she got there around 7am(14/01/2021) till 10am and still no assistance and it's frustrating for a pregnant woman, and it's said that you must get help within 53minutes. and I don't understand why there's only one Nurse with a full clinic like that. toilets are not clean as well during this pandemic where lockdown protocols should be followed this is very risky and unacceptable, and it wouldn't be fair to report this to the health Board or the NICD. to kindly explain or give me feedback email me on jamesd@lithotech.co.za ASAP.Good Day.
