@Ross champion owner!!!!!!!! please pick up the slack and get a new manager who knows how to run a business and how to treat customers and staff better, the service is poor and the manager is worse!!! Absolutely pathetic, the Manager sherina is the most clueless person i have met, she has no knowledge about vehicles at all yet she is the branch manager? My vehicle was in the umhlanga branch for 3 weeks and i was told it would only take a few days, i received a call from sherina saying my car is ready for collection and when i got there I waited a further 4 hours because it was still not ready, when i finally got the car it was covered in polish marks everywhere and i had to wait another hour or so for it to be cleaned thanks to a bloke called Danny, he really showed me what is good customer service and helped me get my car sorted out, Thanks Danny.
