I have tried calling the store on the number provided on your website which is 0312073955 on numerous occassions but I am unable to get any answer.
I would like to lodge an official complaint against a staff member by the name of Prudence at the Overport branch for her rudeness and terrible customer service. I did ask to speak to the store manager to report her beahviour however she had refused to allow me to do so and refused to provide me with either a contact number or e-mail address for the manager as well.

I will be lodging a complaint on Hello Peter as well as with the Obudsman for the poor service and disrespect received from Prudence as well as against Telkom for binding us with a contract after misinforming us of their products and services.Good Day
