The clock shop lost my clock and then kept telling me stories about sending it to another horologist (that I never authorized them to do at all). Then he wouldn't give the clocks back. I had to finally get my lawyer involved who couldn't get anywhere with their lawyers, then they said the clocks had been stolen. Then they were going to import a replacement clock for me, but that got rejected at customs? Finally, 19 months after I gave them my clock, they found it on a shelf in their store and had never been touched as far as I could see. Most disgusting service I have ever had, and through all of that I never received a single phone call or email from them, I only got information when I called them over almost 2 years! I will never recommend anyone I know to use their services.
