Was at the clinic on the 3 of August following up with my appointment, and I arrive everyday around 17h30 since I work far. I arrive at the reception and my details were updated, waited for the nurse by NV Xaba if I am not mistaken, she told me she is way busy she cannot assist, her attitude was bad and she did not even gave me a chance. I was disappointed and worse she did not even advise me on when to come back since she was not helping.
