No water for 3 days; the department doesn't know why. When asked they refer you to the Sekhukhune District Municipality and say they have no idea why there isn't water.
The District Municipality lines never get answered (03 262 7800) - when asked about an alternative line - or what to do if the District Municipality doesn't answer - the department says they don't know what to do.
Basically no responsibility; no accountability; zero customer service; I'd give a zero rating if it were possible
