Registered Architectural Professional. We provide design services, building plans, tender evaluations & construction inspections for new and existing homes, offices and shops.

We also do interior designs, landscaping and custom fabrications.

After twenty years working with top architectural firms, we find opportunities to improve your property re-sale value, reduce your construction costs and enforce the quality of workmanship.

SERVICES

Hire us for a partial services or full services until completion. Our fees are proportional to the value of the project, discounted from the gazetted rates, so that your project always stays within budget:
  • Project assessment.
  • Concept plans.
  • Design models.
  • Building Plan Applications, Title Deed Restrictions removed, Property re-zoning, and Demolition Permits.
  • Specifying the tender documentation.
  • Managing the Building Agreement and inspecting the construction site.
  • Completion with all compliance certificates, guarantees and user manuals.

We can also be hired for smaller specific tasks. Our hourly rates are discounted from the gazetted amounts and we only bill for the effective hours.
